Thermopacks manufacturer a range of hand and body warmers with large print areas and unique functionality.

With a quick click, each pack will warm to 52 degrees centigrade (depending on size), perfect to warm chilly hands or provide localised therapeutic relief.

We manufacture and print our products right here in our Dorset factory, enabling short lead times and complete control over your order.

Screen and digital print allow any combination of colours, company logos  and corporate branding, with full PDF visuals provided before production.

How they work

Each pack contains a metallic `activator’ disc with a solution of salt and water.

Simply flex the disc and the pack will crystallise, transforming the liquid to solid, giving a reliable, safe and constant source of heat. It’s a totally natural process, free of wires, batteries and electricity.

Our Hot packs stay warm for approx 2 hours and are totally reusable.  To recharge the pack it’s simply placed in simmering water for 5-10 minutes until reverting back to a solution and ready for another use.
